These terms explain the conditions for using the Econoweb Designs website, including its Journal, contact form and optional features. Econoweb Designs provides website consulting, maintenance and assistance services from Ontario, Canada. Please read these terms alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. Website information and paid services
This website introduces our services and provides general information. Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract, reserve a start date or authorize work on your website. Scope, access permissions, fees, payment, timing, deliverables, cancellation and any ongoing support arrangements must be agreed separately before work begins.
A written agreement for paid work governs that work. These website terms do not replace it or change any rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
2. Responsible use
You may browse the website, read and share links to Journal articles, and contact us about legitimate requests. Do not use the site to send unlawful, threatening, discriminatory or deceptive material; impersonate another person; send spam; introduce malicious code; attempt unauthorized access; or interfere with the site or its security controls.
Do not submit information that you lack permission to share. Automated activity must not bypass access restrictions, overload the site or collect personal information unlawfully. We may block abusive traffic or restrict features to protect visitors and the site, subject to applicable law.
3. Contact form and communications
The form requests your name, email address, service of interest and a plain-text message. Attachments are not accepted. Please provide accurate contact details and do not send passwords, financial credentials or sensitive documents. Sending a request does not grant us permission to access systems or accounts.
The form uses spam controls and Google reCAPTCHA. Optional-service consent and completion of the security check are required to use it. We do not promise particular search rankings, uninterrupted operation, complete accessibility in every configuration, or protection against every security threat.
5. Content, branding and intellectual property
Website text, original designs and other materials are owned by Econoweb Designs or used with permission, unless a different licence or owner is identified. You may read the site and share links. Reproducing, adapting or commercially redistributing substantial content requires permission unless applicable law or an identified licence allows it.
Client names, logos and third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Displaying them does not transfer rights or imply endorsement of every statement on this website. Any theme, software or other downloadable material supplied under a separate licence is governed by that licence.

Client websites, social platforms, resource links and Google Maps are operated by third parties. We do not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. Review their terms before using them. A link is provided for convenience and does not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the destination.
Optional embedded features may be unavailable if you decline the relevant consent, block scripts or if a provider has an outage. You can still read the site and contact us by email.
